ADL Therapies
My Story
ADL Therapies was founded in January 2018 by Bek Chatellier, an experienced Occupational Therapist now with over 13 years of expertise across diverse settings. Bek’s career has spanned hand therapy, workplace and occupational rehabilitation, hospital inpatient rehabilitation, with the last 11 years in community aged care and disability support.
Bek is passionate about working with individuals living with progressive neurological conditions (such as MND, MS, CBS, Parkinson’s disease etc.), physical disabilities (including spinal cord injuries and amputations), and dementia. Her work heavily focuses on assistive technology assessments/prescriptions as well as home modifications, leveraging her strong problem-solving skills to create practical, personalised solutions to maximise her client's independence.
At ADL Therapies, Bek believes in empowering her clients by providing education, advocacy, and the tools to make informed choices. Her goal is to ensure you have the support and knowledge needed to navigate community and aged care funding programs, helping you achieve independence and improve your quality of life.
At ADL Therapies, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional, client-centered care that is tailored to your unique needs. Whether it’s through education, personalised solutions, or expert guidance, we are here to help you every step of the way.
Choose ADL Therapies for compassionate and comprehensive occupational therapy services. Together, we can work towards achieving your goals and enhancing your well-being. Let us make a positive difference in your life.

In addition to providing occupational therapy services through ADL Therapies, I am proud to have founded
The Supervisionary Partnership — an occupational therapy focused allied health supervision and mentoring service designed to empower professionals across all disciplines. This initiative stems from my deep passion for fostering growth, confidence, and excellence within the allied health community; as well as a commitment to high standard therapeutic support for optimal client outcomes.
Through The Supervisionary Partnership, I provide tailored supervision and mentoring support to allied health professionals at all stages of their careers, from new graduates to experienced practitioners. My approach is grounded in collaboration, professional development, and a commitment to helping individuals achieve their full potential. This passion for mentoring aligns with my broader goal of making a positive and lasting impact, not only for the clients I serve directly but also for the wider community through the development of skilled and confident allied health professionals.
